when i try to login as a different user by clearing the cookies, the shit never works!! whats the deal??

Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies

^^ follow that in your Internet Explorer web browser, then close all browser windows & open one up again & see if it cleared. If it didn't, goto Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings > View Files and search for a file with 'siccness' as either part of/or the whole filename and/or located within the file, & delete that file(s) then restart all browser windows. Hope this works for you.
