Husalah is cool, I like some of his shit. He did the right thing in the interview though by letting his so called enemy tune in 2 listen for nothing when he
thought he was finna get some shine, but hus didnt even speak on it. That
pretty much said he aint even worried bout dude. But he still was hittin him in

All that guideline says is that a defendant may be recommended to serve time under the minimum required if it is determined that "f reliable information indicates that the criminal history category does not adequately reflect the seriousness of the defendant's past criminal conduct or the likelihood that the defendant will commit other crimes, the court may consider imposing a sentence departing from the otherwise applicable guideline range.
Subsection 4A1.3(e) further provides:
The court may conclude that the defendant's criminal history was significantly less serious than that of most defendants in the same criminal history category . . ., and therefore consider a downward departure from the guidelines."
So basically they just gave him less than 10 years because he had a relatively clean record in the past. Accusing someone of snitching is a pretty serious thing if you dont have the facts. Im not saying I do but it doesnt seem like a-wax actually knows anything for certain. Hes just assuming shit.
