Both the Moe and the Point got they issues. It's just that the Point got areas where white people don't go. And if white aren't there neither are the police. It a be good for the city for both sets to clean up they mess and make some music. The city has some of the illest mc's in America!

You right. I saw the developers plans for the land seven years ago. They got sketches with town houses and playgrounds. And they advertising the view of the Bay. Once the Navy cleans up the ship yards, it's only a matter of time.

there was a building at the end of the street where richer people lived
and they would drive down the block to their parking spots fast as fuck hella scared

everyone on the block knew eachother and everyone was friendly except for those people in the building way down...

PUAHAHHHAAH excellent post. Yup, it's called gentrification... the white man's master plan to kick out blacks for the ultimate takeover. Same shit is happening in every hood in the Bay Area... like EPA with the hi-tech cats moving in... Fillmore, etc.

Eventually the projects will be no more... who knows how many years down the line. As you all know, money talks in this world and real estate is BIG BUSINESS. Notice everywhere in the bay area, cookie-cutter lofts and town houses have sprouted up? They build 'em quick, cheap, and rack in the $$$.

Is the city tearing down the affordable housing schemes and building high price condos or something? somebody fill me in.
