Crackas are already moving into lofts and shit driving the rent up. Once they build that new stadium blacks will be pushed out of SF for good down south or over to the east bay where rent is cheaper. Crackas are taking over SF soon it will be nothing but BMW driving white boys with their sellout Asian girlfriends.

yea 3rd is lookin more diverse everyday, hella mexicans and asians invaded in the last couple of years.. my house is worth 650.... the top of 3rd across from the crackhead motel is all asians and mexicans in those new houses and apartments
