How to know high dollar or good R&B?

Hey Triple X. I see you seem to know a lot about what sells well in the R&B category of ebay. Any suggestions or tips to learning what is rare and out of print and what is very common. I have never heard of a lot the cds that you sell for $100 plus. Thanks.
