the only thangs thats high on that is the wine...
2 truffle carpaccio is so high..cuz truffle is expensive...47,000 dollars is expensive...i worked at a 5 star country club and average anight we would see 5000, up to 20,000 dollars tickets cuz of the wine.......none of the foot was over 200 dollar........
and alot of there food is way overpriced on there...i dont care if thats fine dining or not..who in the fuck is going to pay 15 dollars a slice for termisu inless some pussu comes on top....

im sorry but the wine to ive tasted those wines...lol and i wouldnt pay a penny for them.......if u ever worked at a 5 star restraunt...sometimes 47,000 dollars dont mean shit...i would see couples come in just 2 lil rich fucks....and spend 5,000 to 7000 dollars a night....most of it on wine......fuck that......i use to do pasta nights on wednesday in front of the members at the country club i was working at....i always had this one fucken bitch lady and her kids come in late...very fucken specfic about her food....she wanted everything right...i was like this fucken bitch......a couple months down the road still doing pasta nights...this bitch comes to me and says u are a wonderful cook...she was like i never told you that....handed me a crispy 100 dollar and 2 50s..200 dollars it didnt seem like nonthin but it was....i started being nice to her everytime after that.....guess what i did with that 200 dollars that night...i got off of work bought 2 half gallons of hennesey...5 lg pizzas...and went to my homeboys house and got drunk and full....and the other 20 dollars i gave to some poor guy at 7 11..he was honest that he wanted a beer and a hotdog...i gave it to him and told him to keep his head up..the bum started crying...he was like this is going to feed me for a whole week....and about a yr ago i went to go turn in some cans.......and the bum remembered me....he was all cleaned up working at the recylce place he had a aprtmant and everything...its a trip...i felt like i did some good that night....................

you dont know shit about petrus or la tache,and no youv never tried it.my proffesion is in the wine industry and am training to be a master sommelier.i fuckin love this industry,theres a whole lot of money to be made,but you have to know your shit foward,backwards,and upside down.the positive note is when you reccomend a bottle like this to a client the server will tip you 5% of sales.iv walked out of work with a couple racks before only to open a handful of vintage bottles properly...but that shit doesnt happen everyday

lol i went to culinary school i took several wine classes my friend...like i said ive tasted expensive wines alot of them.....thats good your going to be a master sommelier.....but ive worked with some of the best chefs in california...ive tasted good and bad wine....and ive had petrus and la tache...almost every job i worked at there was a master sommlier...one i worked with brought wine from all over the world..so dont tell me what i know.....and that wine is overpriced....i dont care wut the fuck u say.....wine is apart of what i do....its called food and wine paring.......and if i may ask what level are u at right now
