They tryin' to get $1150 for my old 900 sq ft 1 bdroom in West San Jose over by Starbird Park...

Must've been happy as hell that I moved out though, since rent control had me originally at 870...

Rickety-ass-muphucka was built in the 70's and got termites; you can hear the neighbors walkin around upstairs cuz of it...

Just glad to get outta there before the next quake hit!

had a house in SF, 3 bed, 1 bath, 2 car garage, full backyard, it was dope as fuck. 1700 a month. landlady was a total slumlord though, no insulation (so house was cold as fuck), so many bad things broke down in that house.

6 bedroom house 3.5 bath.....works out to about $2350/mo
with a sweet over the garage 1 bedroom renting out for $850/mo
thinking of just renting out the whole house and moving to a condo..

3 of the rooms there is nothing in and the house is pretty empty..

None of you think of moving to london unless you plan on living on benifits and housing support, the pound is worth double the dollar and the figures aint that different. 3 bed 1 bath and garden at £2000 a month (this is a very good deal as the neighbours pay £2600 4 the same shit). Before 1 bed flat was £800 and it was in the most worst part of Brixton.

Fuck mayne, I still don't speak good Chinese and I'm already livin here for over three years...Not difficult to get around imo.

Another dude from the Sicc went to China through a job offering on Craigslist and he told me he had a helluva blast. Drinkin, takin all kinds of drugs, traveling around and shit...

China is better than the media wants you to believe it is...

1 BDR, 1 BR, secure entrance, patio, W/D, 500 sq FT = $1050 + $50 for UG parking sewege/garbage is $50/m...the electricity is seperate, but runs about $50/m as well.the building is only 5 years old and sits near the UW in Seattle.

Before that, I was paying $700 for 2 BDR, 1 BR, large deck....in a 50 yr old, roach infested apartment in Shoreline (just north of Seattle).

I think its actually 550, but whos counting? The bedroom is fuckin tiny, so i just turned it into my "waliin in closet", becuase there was one damn closet in the wole place and it housed the fuckin water heater. So my living room has a "office nook" that i use for my bed. I am moving to a bigger place this summer.
