I guess it would all depend on how good your beats are. People who make beats that are more polished and have a "platinum sound" sell them for considerably more than your average beat maker.

Depends

the request makes the price .
If a beat is requested a lot and it's a potential hit , you can charge more for it .
A good base price would be around 25-30 $ for leasing .
Exclusive prices ... like I said "requests" . Holla

i work with a local studio and we started out chargin 150 a song for anyone that jus wants to come in and record traccs.......id make a beat and sometimes help engineer and jus split the money wit the studio owner....we startin to charge more now though......when i was sellin beats by myself i was chargin between 75-150 a beat dependin on how in demand that beat was....sometimes it was kinda like an auction cuz ive had a few rappers offer me more than the next if they want the beat bad enough

try hookin up wit a studio though if you can cuz im makin way more money like this now then i was sellin beats on my own.....
