When I first bought the Jay Z album I was dissapointed by it but the more I listen to it the better it gets, it's a more mature album than what most rap fans are used to and that's why alotta folks arent feeling it...
Regardless of what he puts out- he's going platinum. He's established and some many people think he's the best rapper alive.
700k records sold in a week is a hell of an accomplishment.
Same goes for 50 Cent and Em. Whatever LP they put out you know its going platinum in less than a month.
