in my opinion , he looked good. i think both fighters hurt eachother in round 3-4 . but other then that floyd dominated the fight. i felt there were two or three times in the fight that floyd could have finished him , but he seemed to let up on em . but overall he was impressive .

Based on his performance...he couldn't face any top fighters at 140.

Sharmba!
Judah!
Hatton!
Tsyzu!!!!!

Comon now, thats just ridiculous.

Floyd better have a fight with Tackie before he thinks about steppin to any of the above 4.

How y'all rate Ricky Hatton over there? He's prolly the best fighter outta the UK right now. Could be getting in with Sharmba later in the year hopefully. Cotto was sayin he would like to fight Ricky too. I think he's ready to step up now

Hatton is over-rate in the UK, yes. They hype him up more than it is. With all the Manchester fans, and the intro...more than he deserves.

But, I believe he is actually under-rated in the states.

Hatton did beat both Tackie and Phillips....and it was legit.

Hatton is stepping up.
He is scheduled to fight Spaddy in October. It doesn't get much more up than that. Spaddy is jumping up in weight, so I dont know how it's gonna work out.

I think Hatton has great hand speed and viscious body punches. Defense is ..ehh...its alright.

Yea I agree Frank Warren been far too cagey wit him but Hatton ready for the big time now. Whatever happens from here on in I'm sure Ricky gonna give it his best shot, no doubt about that. Maybe he will be exposed at the top level but then again he might just shock a few of y'all instead. The kid got a lot of talent so don't be so quick to write him off
