1) An NFC wildcard would probably make the playoffs with a 7-9 record.

2) Starting next year, the NFC West is wide fuckin open!!!!
Good post, a lot of good points, but:

1) That can't happen mathematically

2) I agree 100%

Keep Voting People

When their season ends, whether it's in Tampa Bay in 2 weeks or in Miami in 6 weeks, we will up this thread and do a "who's retarded" and "who knows their shit" update to this.

Gringo, I noticed how you voted, that's cool you're entitled to your opinion. But, I really hope you are not actually rooting against the Seahawks "to prove a point." If the rush you'd get from being correct in a community full of people you'll never meet would come close to the rush of seeing your team in the NFL Playoffs, you ain't a fan.

We are going to revisit this and do the "who's right, who's wrong" roll call on the day of the Seahawks playoff defeat or Super Bowl Victory.

Lot of people already gonna be dead wrong on this, lot of people who's posts I will no longer be reading as a result of this instant loss of credibility.

i really wanted to see this team at full strength. aside all the injuries, i believe that the seahawks are a top 5 team in the league...
Me saying this will look suspicious b/c I am a Seahawk fan and this guy's the only non-Hawk fan around here who thinks they're any good, but I've got to say that ^this guy^ has been impressing me for awhile with his knowledge of the league and the sport in general.

An out of area Cowboys fan, I can't lie, that bothers me a little bit, but you know your stuff better than any of the other Bay Area people on here. Those Titans & Ravens picks were impressive, I hope you're right about my squad.

Haha that must hella bother you that I'm a Cowboys fan from WASHINGTON! lol
We've been down this road before, you know how I feel, I know how you feel.

I more feel sorry for those people than I do get mad at them, b/c they don't know how it feels to be a fan (the good & bad). It's like in White Men Can't Jump when Woody & Wesley are in the car, and Wesley is trying to explain to Woody that as a white person, he can LISTEN to Jimmy but he can't HEAR Jimmy. Exact same thing with the out of area fans, I feel bad for you all.

yeah, i'm a huge cowboys fan, but i really enjoy watching other teams in the nfl, i just love football in general.

seriously, look who you got now. pro bowl backfield, from hasselbeck, alexander, and strong. then you got all world left tackle walter jones. aside from that you still got a solid offensive line. along with that, i believe you have a very solid wide receiver corp. darrell jackson, deion branch, nate burleson, and bobby engram, all these dudes are solid. i don't think branch and burleson got a complete grasp of this offense yet, wait till that happens, you will be a very satisfied seahawks fan.
