How do you post an MPG file?

I don't think you can. You have to upload it to a website that will store it, then post the link to the mpeg in your post. You can probably store it in your Yahoo briefcase, http://briefcase.yahoo.com/SoContajuS -- (or whatever your Yahoo ID is), then share the briefcase to the public, and post the link to your public briefcase.
