HOW DO YOU GET THE PICTURE TO LOOK LIKE THAT? THAT CLEAN AS IF IT WAS PAINTED/ CARTOON LIKE LOOK? CAN IT BE DONE IN PHOTOSHOP CS2 & 3? IS IT ANOTHER PROGRAM? HOPE YALL CAN HELP. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I designed that cover and shot the photography.I did it in CS3 , but you could do it w/other versions.It's a series of a bunch of shit (Masked adjustment layers painted in by hand etc.).Theres no simple way to do it.
