How do you get a refund on Ebay if the seller never sent the item? Do you try to get the refund through Ebay or Paypal because I paid for the item using Paypal? Thanks.
paypal takes forever , thats rite , but im wondering too if ebay would pay back a part of the money u got jacked on .somebody told me that ebay pays money until 200$ back to the customer
If you used paypal, contact paypal. If you used a money order, contact the usps. If you paid by check, contact your bank. If you paid cash, you're fuct. eBay never comes out of pocket.
