how do you do a sytem recovery thing?

how do you do this? im puttin all my picz,audio and files i use on disc right now....when im done with this what do i do?

if u mean system restore,

go to start tab, all progrmas, accessories, system tools, system restore

fuck that took forever! i had to make 8 recovery disk then i did a sytem recovery...this fixed all the problems my comp had!
