how do i renew my drivers license

i don't want to fuck around with waiting on hold or in line for an hour to have this question answered....my drivers license expires in december...do i just get a new one in the mail? do i have to go into the DMV? do i need to re-take a written test? this is my first renewal since i got my license, eight years ago...am i gonna have to take a new pic, since i was 16 in my license picture?? thanks folks...it's much appreciated

if i remember correctly you'll have to go to dmv and take the drivers test again. not the entire test though, i think that they make you take a half of it (you can choose which side to do, front or back)

All you have to do is go to the DMV and pay for another one...re-take your pic if you want to but you dont have to..

dude, your totally off man...they changed the law. You HAVE to go in and take the written and driving test over because they want to make sure you can properlly ghost ride the whip and hang out the windows and 'shake them dreads' all at the same time while using the proper technique of Gas Brake Dip...

PS: I heard you get extra credit for slapping Mac Dre during the driving test...

Damn, I just renewed mine this past summer in Cali..i live in WA at the moment, but I had to renew mine when I came back...damn, they changed the law?...luckily I just renewed it, so its gonna be a while before I have to do it again...

just renewed mine earlier this year. u could do it by mail but they use the same info. so i went in on a slow day and updated my info and took a new pic. its $12. thats only if u have a good driving record though
