I NOTICED THAT THE THREE 4-0-8 LABELS I KNOW OF ALL FALL UNDER "RECORD LABELS ON THE RISE". WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THAT AND JUST "RECORD LABELS"?
