Yep. Portland, Oregon got mad love for the bay. Every bay artists show gets sold out everytime around here. I, myself will try to go as many shows possible. Oregon in GENERAL has love for the bay.

Besides the northwest and kc not many regions have even heard of most of the artist in the Bay. I lived in ATL for 4 years and I had to introduce every bay artist to them except 40 and too short. They had never heard of anybody. Been livin in LA for the past 5 yrs and most of the people have no clue who j stalin, messy marv, mistah fab or the jacka are...seriously. Only bay artist that everyone knows out here is Mac Dre (RIP), 40, and too short. Its a sad realization but most bay artist are only known in the Bay.

Yep. Me too. Also the one wit nickatina like a year or so before that. He got locked up in ptown, I heard. I dunno how true it is.

Funny thing is, a lot of my homies are from the bay. My bestfriend is from Richmond. Moved up here like at 16. He used to play ball at Salesian wit jahvid best.
