HOW AND THE HELL DO YOU POST AUDIO FILES ON THIS BOARD?

I'M TRYING TO POST THE CLIPS OF ME ON THE RADIO BEING INTERVIEWED BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO

I TRIED TO JUST ATTACH IT LIKE A PIC BUT THAT AINT WORKING
THEN I TRIED TO UPLOAD IT TO MY SOUNDCLICK PAGE BUT ITS TOO BIG

IM NOT DUMB I JUST RUN A MAC AND MY PC LAP TOP IS WHAT I SURF WITH

HELP YA'LL THE FILES ARE ON MY COMPUTER IN MY SHARED MUSIC FILE ALL READY IN MP3 FORMAT

you gotta upload it to soundclick.com or IUMA.com or mp3.com and then post a link to it, or upload it to ya personal website....i dont think you can just post audio....or wait...maybe you can...
if you find another way, share the knowledge cuzzo...
