HOT 98.7 Tha Real Street Station

Hey Y'all. This is your local B.A.R.T. TRACKMOGUL, RHYTHMX from $ickWid'It Records and of Tha Pharmaceuticals Musick Production Team. This radio station Hot98.7 fm up in Santa Rosa is really doin it. They are really supportin "LOCAL" and "Independent" labels and artists in a big way. They givin everybody a chance to be heard cause that's what it's all about, tha peoples. So far, they have been havin alot of local Yay and Non-Yay area cats up on there playin their singles. When was tha last time a KMEL or Wild949 played some local shit just cause they want to break a new and local artist and not because you know someone at KMEL or Wild949? I ain't seen it in awhile. But we know that once KMEL or Wild949 gets wind that this station is really supporting tha people of tha streets, they will probably jump back on tha bandwagon and start playin some local shit again, but, Hot 98.7 is doin it NOW! Ask DSHARPE and/or your boy DJMark7 is up there playin shit too. And you cats know that Kaos aka DJMark Smebbin is for tha Yay all day. I'm just juiced that this station is supportin local cats and that feels good that we have a station like that cause we all need that support in these times of tha local and independent rap depression. Give them a call and request shit, cause they'll play it if they have it. I'll post tha number as soon as I find out if the number that I have is a public number. If it is, call them and request your local artist that you wanna hear. It's as simple as that. So far, I've heard that this station can be heard in SanFrancisco, Vallejo, Sausalito, Marin, Fairfield, Suisun, Benicia, some of Vacaville, Humboldt, Clear Lake, Chico, Redding, Novato, Petaluma, SantaRosa, SanRafael, all tha way up to Pelican Bay. I mean, where else can you hear some MacDre, then E-40, then Suspects, JayTee and N2Deep, Jt tha BiggaFigga and other friends and famos of tha Yay like that? That's an interesting point. And I guess that depends on on the success of 98.7. It's great to have the music you enjoy on the radio station, and hopefully, this will lead to a domino effect of some of the talented northern cali artists getting themselves consistent radio play.

Either way, much love to the folks at 98.7 for opening themselves to our product and helping to rejuvenate the market.

im thinking about strting ym own undergroudn radio show and im wonderin how u went about gettign your stuff setup..do u juss work at a station that has the financial bakcign coming from somewhere else or did it come otu of your own pocketa nd u runnin some undergroudn stuff..it sounds like you got soem decent watts kickin..fill me in when u get the chance!1
