for us who missed it, can we get a little more info on what 40 had to say. i think thats fabulous he called in and paid his respects despite their differences that have been so highly publicized.

P Reek and Eric the Pimp were also in the house. Thanks for having us, Gabe and D Sharpe. It was HUGE for all of us to hear 40 call in and show the love that he had for Dre. All in all, despite the terrible circumstances that brought us there, it was a good evening. It was great to get a chance to listen to everyone reminisce, with fat ass smiles on their faces!!

I have MAD RESPECT for Coolio for keepin it together and holdin it down like a soldier for his brother, friend, and mentor!

DAMN!!! I've been waiting to hear something from E-40 regarding Dre's death, damn!!! Someone plzzzzzzz post up the show plzzzzzzz!!!!

i'll be getttin a copy of what i recorded to d-sharpe (from 98.7) so hopefully he can hook it up somehow for the folkz that missed the show....i'm pissed tho cuz i missed like 40 minutes of it (from 8:40 to about 9:20) due to my cd recorder fuckin up on me, in that time coolio was talkin about him and dre in the early days...lots of good interviews all around....big propz to 98.7 for doin the tribute show!!and of course to all the folkz that rolled thru and paid tribute to a true bay legend!

40 basically said that the shit that happened in the past was just that, in the past, and never as serious as people made it out to be. He called Dre a "Bay Legend" a few times, and sent his condolences to the family. He also said he and Dre were just starting to talk about gettin both of their camps together to put out "40 Bellafonte and Thizzelle Washington Present 707", a compilation. He said he still wants to work with Kilo to make it happen.
