YO imma try to remember what happed. Might be hard since I's high all day and night. yesterday and night.
Got there about 6pm. Doors opened at 7:30. It was pretty much over run by "juggalos" but surprisingly only 3 of them were jackasses. They had their faces painted like Violent J and shaggy... lol, even the other juggalos were making fun of them as they drove by trying to find a place to park trying to look all hard.
Then the AP wrapped van pulls up and plays the hostile sampler and stuff. BG BUlletwound was outside walking around n shit (this venue was in the ghetto), and since I have never seen BG in person before... I thought he was just a regular hustla. he blended in so well. When he got onstage i was like "thats the guy from outside wtf" Then i was like "DAMMIT! that who he was!" but anyways.
we stood outside till finally the doors opened up right on time. The 10 or so in front of us split up, some to beer booth and merch then some to the front. I wasnt going to pass up front row so me and my boys bolted down there. We stood there leaning on the barrier for another hour till Kutt came on. Damn, that shit sounds better LIVE than on the CD. i dont think him or BG slipped up once. There was this one weird hillbilly guy behind us who unexpectedly started shouting everyword of kutts songs. kutt did some albums cuts like "bring the flames, hip hop warning" and more. Then he did a short verse from flames. Then BG lit up a solo joint. then Kutt came back and did about 2 more closing songs and they went backstage.
PDm was next. I aint never seen Mike Clark in person so it was cool to finally see the man who made those beats. Prozack was OK. PDM was the only group to have an actuall movie playing on the Big Screen behind them. Just showing some people dieing and getting stabbed and their heads cut off n whatnot. they did the album songs, no biggie. During "No rest for the Wicked" they had a video for King Gordy's part since "he couldnt be here tonight." And the weird hillbilly came back to scream these words too.
EDIT:They invited mufuckas on stage with them from the crowd... and of course they picked complete douchebags. Prozack wanted to know if they had the balls to stagedive. after like 10 minutes someone finally did, then they all tried it. This one dumbass did it when noone was watching him noone caught his ass. HEAD FIRST... I didnt see the aftermath, nor did i give a shit.
S&S came on next. They did their albums cuts then took a small intermission to change clothes. Then they came back on stage and asked who had the weed and if anyone would throw some up on stage. a couple people threw some joints up there. S&S took about 3 hits each and tried to throw it back. But it knocked off someones hand and landed inbetween the stage and the barrier. we watched the security guy put it somewhere between the monitors and the stage thing so we could grab it when noones looking. S&S finished out their set, but the joint was more important at the time. We devised a plan. This hot chick behind us was to ask the gaurd when tech was coming on. my boy was to go pick up a water bottle from the ground and my other boy was to go grab the joint. When we sprung all went down good.
FInally Tech N9ne. He ripped this shit up as usual. nothing new to add except that he was awesome towards the crowd surfers. He tried to shake everyones hand who came trhough before the security got em. Everyone was shouting his lyrics like crazy. Id turn around and see like 2 seperate moshs at one time. He did some Anghellic, AP, and Beef. With a special surprise in there... only three things can describe this show: "MY WIFE MY BITCH MY GIRL" or whatever order that phrase is in.
During techs set I said wassup to HQ while he doing his video thing, then after the show I caught up with him again and asked if we could get on the bus to smoke them all out. Nick said sho go around to the back lot. We chilled with PDM, S&S, and i got Kutt to sign my ticket. I was waiting on Nick to get me in with tech to get an autograph personally smoke up the joint, cuz his bodygaurd watches him like a hawk. NICK NEVER CAME THROUGH. WE WERE THERE DAWG WHERE WAS YOU?! we waited till everyon cleared out then said fugg it.
all in all it was a good night, especially when techs body gaurd jumped in the mosh pit and got swung on... you know he aint having that. sO HE WOOPED DUDES ASS. After the show the fire trucks and cops were outside cleaning dudes face up. he was bloody as fuck. maybe a broke nose and teeth.
