This is also a result of the housing prices being inflated for no reason, our economy is booming like it was in 98, any jack ass cant make 120k a year no more, the high prices need to fall, everything needs to come back to the real world.

Home Builder CEO: 2007 Housing Market will SUCK

The same can’t be said for D.R. Horton Inc. The largest U.S. home builder expects builders’ pricing power to return by January 2008, after the hard-hit industry works its way through inventory of unsold homes, the company’s chief executive said Wednesday.

“I don’t think ‘08 is going to be a great year, but it’s going to be much better than ‘07,” CEO Don Tomnitz told the Citigroup Industrial Manufacturing Conference.

He added: “‘07 is going to suck.”

marketing on the siccness huh, i'm sure you'll get plenty of quality leads here haha.

anyways i have a client that needs a purchase loan, my loan officer can't do much with it, so i'm looking to refer it out if someone can work it. this guy has an unregistered social (illegal immigrant), but has like a 730 mid score, social comes up unregistered on the credit report. he does have a legit ITIN and has a few alternate trade lines. he would have to go stated stated, 5% down is out of the question, at most he would have 3%, i'd also be getting him 3% credit back from the seller. looking at a purchase price at around 350K.

i'm running the scenario by a few loan officers i know, waiting to hear back from one who said he might be able to work something. thought i'd put it out there before i tell him to come back when he has at least 35K. if anyone thinks they might be able to work somethin, PM me for additional info. if not at least i tried.
