first off, I dont see how sticking your head out an SUV window qualifies as ghost riding.
this reporter is horrible. I've only taken a journalism class in college for fun, and I can tell this reporter spun the shit the way he/she wanted it to read.
how can your car inch forward in neutral? Only if you're on a downward slope, that's how.
I figured to ghostride you need to be idling slowly in drive- something I've seen in someone's avatar on here with what looked like a 93 Caddy (shit was fresh.) It seems to me that this bitch didnt even know wtf was going down with either accident, just assumed that the music is influencing young people to do stupid shit.
we dont worry about all that around my city though. We like to get arrested and/or killed for driving fast and stealing cars rather than sitting on top of them.
