I'm about to start burning the coals at 1oclock. I got a shitload of marinated seasoned chicken and steaks. The woman are just about done with big ass batches of potato salad and mac salad. My girl finished the chili early this morning. Salsa is on deck, and then whatever else everyone else brings is on top of that.

We couldnt get an easter ham. So instead we BBQ'd again. Good ol tri-tip, bacon wrapped scallops, shrimp, cheese potatoes and some rolls.

Uncookied tri-tip looks kind of like Backfrica.
