Hey Siccness... Who has the best fried chicken?

bobo's on NE 23rd just east of Hood st (I had to laugh at that) going towards MLK.
I think they're only open at night from like 10pm to 3am or so which is a pretty good place to get caught up in that neighborhood. I wouldn't take my wife or kids there but it's a good place. They have fried catfish too. I can only imagine how good that must be.
I've heard Mama E's soul food isn't bad but i've heard it's overrated too. That show was on diner's drive in's and dive's too I think.

The only good thing at Church's is the fucking honey biscuits, they are on slap but the chicken is fucking terrible. I'd have to go with Popeyes for fast food chicken but the Brookville Hotel in Abilene has the best fried chicken I have ever ate hands down but its in the middle of B.F.E. in a shitty hick town.
Also IMO Long John Silvers fried chicken is good too.

any of y'all ever notice that the "chicken" at church's doesn't even resemble pieces of chicken you're used to seeing? It seems like 3 smaller pieces smashed into one with a grip of batter.
Any of y'all use that hot sauce on the chicken at KFC? I was sleepin on that.
These dudes I used to work with would go bird for bird at KFC. One dude was like 6' 175, the other was 6'2, 335. They probably weigh the same now.

Ok right.....small story....
So, we grub Popeyes atleast once a month at my crib. And recently I noticed my 12 yr old son makes weird faces when he's eating the chicken....
So, I ask him...."whats wrong you dont like it?"...
He says, "I don't like eating chicken off the bone".....
So, I man up on him like....."Look here son, one day you are going to go over your girlfriends family's house. They are going to watch you eat chicken. And her father is going to look at you making the same kind of faces you are making now. And you know what he is going to tell himself?"
My son - "No"......."what?"..
Me - "This dude is a straight up bitch."
Then I told him...."pick up that fuckin bone and take a bite. Eat that chicken like a man, boy!"
