im not a coffee snob but like i said earlier my dad is big time. hes a classic coffee drinker, been drinkin that shit daily for literally about 50yrs. brings home all kinds of international shit that he makes me mom brew for him

with that said....he may think starbucks is garbage....but he fucks with mcdonalds and 711 coffee. he gets down with hella bourgeois shit but still vouches for 711s and micky d's coffee saying they've got some good shit (buys a pair of those apple pies too and hes straight).

so yeah, dont even bother going hella fufu and expensive...just head down to 711 or macs

just some info:

there 3 growing regions in the world: Africa, Latin America, and Asian Pacific. All along th equator. Each of these reigons have different profile of flavor associated with them.

Latin: Lighter, nutty notes
African: Medium/strong, Floral and Citrus notes
Asian Pacific: Strong, Earthy muddy flavor

I like to use a french press at home b/c it keep the oils of th coffee in the drink and gives a better flavor... paper filters don't let much of the oil through.

If i'm going to splurge on coffee peets > starbucks

If i'm going cheap Circle K is my spot...

so whats the most you guys pay for a cup of coffee?

i mean you daily guys.. cuz i remember seein chicks whod get the same starbucks drink everyday and didnt think much of it til i tagged along a couple times...

a caramel mocha whatever the fuck was like 6 bucks.. i was kinda shocked cuz i just did the math in my head .. like "DAMN EVERYDAY?" plus eating lunch... wow

starbucks sucks they burn there beans or somethin. i dont like all that sweet shit with my coffee just drip coffee with creamer...i stepped my coffee game up and got one of these recently...they got all different types of flavors and roast but its still just brewed coffee



it brews a cup at a time...saving you from wasting half a pot or having stale ass coffee

When they charge me 6 dollar/euro for a cup of coffee, I'll point my finger at them and start laughing. Then I'll say I'm going to make my own coffee at home.
