i think you can also get an effect like this by messing with the contrast/color balance in photoshop mainly its the contrast you turn it way up it starts to look all surreal like that - works better on high quality photos if u got camera phone pics nothing will work

there may be a filter that does this but you dont need one. you just need to experiment with blending modes and multiple layers. Takes a while to figure it out so you'd be hard up to find a designer willing to share their secrets, but it aint rocket science, and LMAO at stealing the UGK pose, colors, backdrop and all, is this a parody or are they for real?
