HELP: Program 2 chop songs and make snippets

I need to edit a few songs in my collection an make a few snippets and cut verses/intros and that type of shit. Is there a free and easy program yall can hook me up wit?

nero wave editor or maybe cool edit pro 2. adobe owns cool edit now so check them out.

ive used cool edit pro and that shit was da best. but it was only a trial version so i cant use it enemore. now i used EXP Studio Editor, its aight.

No...but then again, i havent paid for a prgram in ages.

yeah i use cubase , sonar and samplitude but they aint free unless you know what you doin.......cool edit is decent enough for what you need though and aint hard to find.....
