Help finding the name of track/artist from the 90's

What's up everyone, I was hoping one of you can help me out. I've been listening to the yay area music since I was a kid. I was hoping one of you long time listeners can help me identify a track with very limited info. All I recall is that the intro contains a scene from juice when pac says, "check yourself Q...you gotta get the ground beneath your feet potna..." Then the track starts don't remember if it was off a comp, whether it was a group etc.. this is a hail Mary pass so thank you for your help

i think Gangsta Reese from San Jose had song with that intro maybe on his solo albums or his group Full Clip's albums.
