Solitary one, No that havent had that name for over six years they just started saying that shit about 2 years ago on bet thats when they first got out there deal and thats when they first got a letter from my lawyer when i heard them say they were gunna start Dun Deal on Bet then they released an independent album under another name they know they cant use that name or they would have then, and you dont have a name until you trademark it or release some material with it,
And Trademarks are Nationwide cant use them in different states to see trademarks got to www.uspto.gov You will see alot of trademarks pending but only the ones that say registered are official! it takes hella years first one to file wins.. Unless disputed in Court
