thats because these people only see what we let them see from the bay area...if i was outside lookin in and i was from somewhere else i would say the bay area dont got good rappers either... because all we do is promote drugs and being dumb on our songs. but im from the bay area and i know people like san quinn and mess and jacka and many more dont rap like that. but us as bay area people should look what we putting out. thats just my thoughts so dont get all pissed off at a nigga for speakin his mind lol....yall know how we do. but yea man it seems like we just promote being dumb and doing hella drugs. most of the time when a rapper from another area rap about cali he just said land of the good weed and thats all

i used to have that "if it ain't from the bay it's garbage" attitude too.. but now i try to give other regions an unbiased ear.. tryin' to be more eclectic when it comes to music

but you're right.. i'm not surprised folks don't like quinn's song.. it is what it is.. there will always be those cats that have the "it's weak cuz it ain't from my region" mindset

Honestly, the new San Quinn single, "Do Ya Thizzle" was a Huge Disappointment. I was expecting Quinn to come out with something way better. IMO that single is weak compared to the songs on Pressure Makes Diamonds: The Rock cd. I'm sick of the word "Thizz". Thizz this, Thizz that. Ever Since Mac Dre died, people just killed "Thizz".

Quinn's concept is played on that do ya thizzel.

I think the beat is cool but it the song itself does not have a national appeal. Its more of a local level raido jam! He shoulda stayed away from thizz, makes him look more of a fallower then the leader we expect

^^bingo...

he was goin in the right direction with "bring game to the table".. we slap that over here even though he reppin fillmoe throughout the whole song.. cant deny good music.. "do ya thizzle" aint on that level..
