And number 2, da Excelsior aint da Mission district, cause if excelsior is part of da Mission, then bernal heights and da castro also qualify as part of da Mission and we all know damn well da Castro aint part of da mission and neither is bernal heights or da excelsior, dats why those neighborhoods have there own names! Duh. Da Mission District Stops on Cesar Chavez(army) street right or wrong????and it stops at church street and da freeway,! U see bro, u most not be from around here, anyone will tell u that!

Excelsior ain't really the Mission. But the Excelsior is referred to as the outer Mission sometimes. That's one thing about Frisco the boundaries of certain neighborhoods are vague.

i consider the excelsior the outer part of the mission. but what do you guys consider the part of mission street that runs through bernal heights?you know like between army street and silver.

exactly, if excelsior is mission well how can mission end after cesar chavez street(witch is bernal heights) and then pick up again after silver street. with is excelsior. the excelsior and the mission district are seperated by bernal heights. So is bernal heights part of the mission?? well then so is castro after church street, you cant just pick parts of the mission you like, either the mission district is what people call the Inner mission or heart of the mission. Or the mission district goes all the way to excelsior including bernal heights the castro and noe valley.
