Hard to Find Quinn

Does anyone remember this Quinn cd that came out about a year ago. Im not even sure it was a cd, but it came in a dvd box and i think it had a magazine with it. the cover had quinn in a tux sporting a bow tie. does anyone know what the title of this product was?

that was that on the block vol 2. it was some cd that someone put out with songs off the radio and the were even in radio quality. bullshit release but if you want it go buy it.
