yeah like Dutch said we still have lots of things to fix. Namely our #1 QB opening. Then pass rush, and 2ndary.

I am happy... But I am not gonna be a delutional fan and say some dumb shit that can be copy and pasted in sig's arcoss siccness like " We going to the play play offs" or "NFC west is ours now"....

We still need A QB badly. We need to see how hurt Gore really is. And we need to get some more help on defense i.e. the secondary and up front. Hopefully Harbaugh will be the guy that can plug in and mix and match and get players in to fill our voids.

Just know this, Harbaugh is a partial fix but our problems are still looming. Remember, the chalk lines and yard markers is where it counts. The coach has never sacked a QB or thrown a TD pass.

I am happy though for sure.
i dont think anyone is saying we are going to the playoffs. its just nice to have a coach with half a brain after having to deal with Nolan and Singletary. Harbaugh and Balkee need to step their game up during the draft. Good thing harbaugh has seen and coached against a lot of the talent that is entering the draft.

But he paid millions for Jamarcus and DHB based on one good season and speed, and your words... "College doesnt always translate to the pros" (sorry had to pull that card out on you lol)
your comparing players to coaches.. come on now.. if your a top 10 draft pick you HAVE to get paid.. which is stupid and why tha whole top 10 rookie draft pick shit needs to be fixed.. rookies shouldn't be guranteed soo much millions

Al is older, and more senile though lol, this was almost 10 years ago
so your trying to say now that Al is older you think he will throw MILLIONS @ a coach? Not even, fuckin Al would let a no-namer coach tha team before he ever had to pay a coach millions..

Lol @ all the haters. JH will succeed in this league because he's in a crap division, 49ers have the best talent on both sides of the ball (just need to address the qb situation) in this crap division, he knew Bill Walsh and understood his philosophy and I like how he utilities his TE. We have the fastest TE in the league. VD and DWalk is gonna BEAST it next year. WCO anyone?! 49ers!!! Don't hate Raider fans, route for your former QB Coach. Lol

I think there should be a Rookie MAX something like $500,000. Not just for football but for all other sports and after a couple solid seasons they can get paid whatever. Look what happens when you give these immature players all this money, they go and fuck up do stupid shit or don't even try since they're already getting cashed out. In the real world you don't get paid bank from starting at the bottom and working your way up.

lol @ you! why should these cats get paid 500,000. Do you know how much money these rookies bring into the NFL. Look how many jerseys tim tebow has sold already. And these cats get worked and dont make a penny in college while they bring in millions for schools. Now you want them to get worked in the NFL too.

I completely agree.. or at least even have 1 solid season before they get GURANTEED millions.. a college career shouldn't justify them being instant Millionares

and how many of them actually live up to their contract? Do they get a full ride in college? No one really plays for the love of the game anymore, that's whats wrong

i think harbaugh is only with the niners so he didnt have to leave the bay area...because he took a pay cut from what the dolphins and broncos were going to give him

and i dont blame him.....thin air or humidity or california weather ( which even right now isnt bad )

The fact remains that Harabaugh was the best option on the table, Gruden wasnt coming here neither was Holmgren. Great step for the franchise Im also really looking forward to see if Harabaugh carries the rivalry with Carroll over to the pros, if he does Im rollin with him rain or shine cuz even if we tank next year we got a shot at Andrew Luck
