I know this is a 'Bay Area' site, but how can you say best West Coast Album and not mention 'The Chronic' by Dr. Dre. That was a ground breaking album in the world of Hip Hop. It was out of LA, BUT it opened the door for all of the West Coast to the mainstream and national air-play, not just regional...........
