so seattle released him and this is exactly what the titans need.....(a decent pass rushing DE while we groom who ever we draft *book it that the titans will draft a DE first or second round*) and i hope my titans dont let me down yet again in FA.....invite him into town and DONT let him leave with out a contract....i mean fuck he shouldnt want that much money.......:cool:

u know he might do well next year for whoever he signs with if he stays healthy and starts cuz he got doubleteamed all last year and freed up bryce to make lots of plays. and that was the starting DE's on a superbowl team so i could see him makin a nice little run off into the sunset with someone else. he aint gonna cost much probably

U know we they released him? cus he is a CRAPPY pass rusher. Why do you think we got Kerney? Winstrom is a better run stopping DE, he runs down the line better than any other DE in the league.

Yall can have his 4 sacks.:dead:

hes a deffinate upgrade for what we have now......KVB is a good DE on the other side but i didnt see one play last year where he wasnt double/tripled team.....it doesnt help that our coach NEVER ever bltizes...we need some sort of decoy and KVB and GRANT will make a good pair imo.....we need someboyd and right now were desprerate PERIOD

I know he didn't live up to his expectations here in seattle, but I've heard the argument that he didn't do as well numbers wise this year because there was really no one else on the d-line this year with all the injuries and whatnot so when he was on the field both tackle and guard would always double team him. Not saying that's an excuse but if someone good was in the middle (like Tubbs) then he may have had a better season.

how can double teaming not be an exxcuse......its hard to get around one big ass mutha fucka let alone two lol....if we get him trust his or KVBs number will get better....just depends on who they chose to double team

^^ strahan had 3 sacks last year..he didnt play everygame but i guess he is crappy too.....maybe he was just a bust in seattle cuz they didnt use him properly......because i remeber him being a sav in STL...

Strahan was a 1 hit wonder.

Plus, Strahan had the other dude at DE that beat his old as too em.

just undertand that one DE usually gets doubled all the time and the other one gets one on one so of course its going to be easyer....your logic is really making since.....4 sacks aint that bad if your getting doubled all the time....not saying he was but i think he could do well on the titans with KVB on the other side.....because one of em is not going to get doubled and that could help em both out

Then whats Fisher's excuse? If Grant was getting doubled (yeah, cus he is a REAL threat anyways) so damn much, why didnt Fischer have 10+ sacks?

Sakcs are seperate a DE from the rest. Are you no understanding that? Would you rather have a DE that has 10 sacks or 4???

Like i said, I watched him play every fuckin game this year. He didnt get many sacks becuase he didnt get to the fuckin QB.

Some of you people I wonder about.

sounds to me he COULD be on the decline...rice had a couple bad years in oakland and didnt even make the cut in denver and i guess he was a crappy WR....wistrom is a good DE....he showed that in STL.....doesnt look like he made a home in seattle but he could still be factor......your going to far by saying hes a CRAPPY de
