Tech's a staple at the Gathering now. I'm not quite sure why you thought it was worth promoting as if it were his first appearance.
As far as who's getting it is concerned, I'm sure it's somebody no one will expect. These fucking idiots got it wrong when they hit Red and Meth, but got it right when they hit Tila, though even her slutty ass didn't deserve to be assaulted by a bunch of MDMA-and-dust-riddled, ghetto-even-though-i-live-in-suburbia, i-have-six-kids-and-one-of-them-is-my-sisters, smellin like corned beef hash and duck butter ICP fanatics.
That got a little long, but I think I managed to hit all the parameters of being a Juggalo and what it takes to be fit into that character class.
