Be reasonable? I WORK FOR 2KSPORTS TOO! I know what's going on.

So when you say they search for the songs, how else do you think they "search" for them? Put an ad in the paper? Be reasonable...

And when I said "unknown" I mean unknown in the sense the general public has yet to hear of them

i dont need it for anything. a better more appropriate and understandable question would be "WHY do you need proof?" and the answer for this question would be to know that all of these people's time is'nt being wasted by submitting music. And to see thathopes of being part of a video game's music track were'nt shattered by deceipt by a member of this mesage board that goes by the name of "baybergaler"

and so for your second question, no i do not pla on submitting any music that is entitled to me or otherwise to a rapper of my knowing

In sticking your nose in something that you had no intention on participating in, you unknowingly hurt the credibility of someone who's sole intention was trying to help some of the up and coming artists on this board. To some of these up and comers, this is the only opportunity that they will get .. ever. You also may have burned a bridge you never intended to cross by trying to play detective when you should have kept your assumptions to yourself.

Mind your business next time when you don't know what's really going on.

i don't see where he assumed he was right.. but regardless how much more proof do you really need? he said his name was alex and he worked for 2ksports.. he gave you his email which is [email protected] which pretty much shows he's working with that company..if you need more proof why don't you just email the company and ask if alex hayden works in the marketing department of 2ksports..

Anybody interested in getting some exposure in NBA 2K7 by 2K Sports? My name is Alex... I work in marketing for 2k and right now I am putting together the soundtrack and songs that will play throughout the game. If anybody is interested in contributing (don't know how much $$ if any...but would be compinsated none the less somehow...if not just by the giant exposure).... I DO work for 2K Sports... I'm not trying to screw anybody over here. I'm trying to help out the independent, up and coming artists and at the same time build a solid lineup of music in our games... something that has been missing from sports videogames forever.

I don't know what I can do to prove the legitimacy of my title...

I guess you just have to trust me... or my boy Mr. Peete, who works for 2K as well.

With that said... The NBA 2K7 soundtrack is filled up, but I'm looking for stuff for our College Hoops 2K7 one now... and it's never too early to start gathering for NBA 2K8... hit me up homies.
