Exactly, you are losing a ton of accuracy when you go snub like that. In regards of the "increased impact", comon, whether I hit someone from 5 or 20 yards, they are still getting tagged and if the caliber is large enough it won't matter.
The only benefit is its easier to conceal, but that's really your last concern when you are about to shoot somebody.
It's a decent first firearm, if you have the intention to build a collection. Just keep stepping it up from there.
Rounds are expensive as hell right now and good ammo is really hard to find. I'm back ordered until September for Winchester rounds.
