Thats what I do...you just need a bluetooth adapter, but they're about $40 in the stores...cheaper on the internet.....and use any editing program from the net....

you dont even need an adapter, you can create the mp3 of the ringtone you want, host it on a website and text the properties to your phone
I use some free program to make the ringtone, I think its called Rip Edit Burn. got it off download.com
I have the razr and I do this all the time
