yep i always fucks with www.half.com and www.amazon.com !!

half is part of ebay. but you HAVE to use a credit card to purchase books, NOT Paypal.

i usually hella search for the lowest prices from both sites since users list their books online there and set their own price. i check the shipping and usually choose the closest (in CA), esp if i need it soon.

been doing this for like a year now. saves a shitload of money. fuck the school bookstore prices!! online textbook buying is hella cheap and its pretty damn reliable, but it depends on the sellers, just read their feedbacks, but all in all i've never really had a bad experience buying books online. i even list my own books after i'm done with it after the quarter's over. i've made over $300 selling my used books on half.com and amazon.com. ..i havent calculated how much ive actually spent on books myself though haha.

amazon.com
same here. last 2 semesters i went through amazon i got the teacher editions. not sure how that happened. had to come to school with my shit wrapped like i was in elementary school cuz it had labels around the entire book saying "teacher copy". inside was a notice saying it was illegal for anyone other than a teacher to have it. even came with disks and test question shit. just gotta keep your eyes open for that stuff when your buying.
