either way i think he is huge for our playoff run and hopefully playoff matchups. everyone wanted to trade him for some scrub but i think keeping him for the 2nd half the season then letting him go is a good thing.

BINGO !!! i wanted to trade MP for anything at first, cuz he wasen't playing like last year. BUT he's turned it around the last few games, and is VERY serviceable for the warriors while they make their run to the post season.

and Monta Ellis's development and the glimpse of what Branden Wright can do are reasons he should have been traded. I love J-rich but as a basketball/business move it was great for the warriors. how would we pay for ellis and biedrnis and eventually wright with j-rich's contract?

I undertand all of that, but they actually want to move Monta to the point eventually but when they played him there he looks uncomfotable and he's better suited as a 2. But I was just goin off player for player cause its lopsided in tht regard atleast for now anyway! But if u look at it, how tough the west is, I think havin Rich still is anotha weapon in tryin to make some noise this year but he it is what it is!! Got Em!!
