First off pietrus sucks and he def will not be back in a Warriors uni next year, hes a Free Agent...second giving baron 65 mil for 5 years guaranteed is ludacris for somebody who is injury prone and getting older (with no rings) ....third we now have 40 mil in cap space to sign all our young talent as well as any potential FA's...word is we are trying to pry elton brand from LA, we can offer him more than the clippers can now due to the Davis signing. When I mean more I mean we supposedly offered somewhere around 85 to 90 mil for 5 years and the most LA can do is 70 mil. Reguardless, we can now go shopping, only after we sign all the FAs we are going to will I judge Chris Mullin. I think he learned from the Dunleavy, Foyle, Murphy signings from his first year as GM in that you have to be very cautious who u decide to give max dollars to.

And lets be honest, yes Baron helped bring Bball back to the bay, but that nigga ain ever won shit in his career except a first round playoff series. If he demands top dollar he better perform like he deserves it. Meaning he better last all year long and not get tired at the end. MJ, Lebron, kobe, kg all play huge minutes and werent tired at the end of the year.
Let's really be honest...Mullin brought B-Ball back to the bay and I have full confidence he will keep it here.

Fuck yeah the Dubs need to bring in Josh Smith. And as far as Baron, we just gotta move on. Shit happens all the time in Sports.

i think its a good move.

a lot of the younger talent gets playing time.

plus it frees up money for the warriors to re-sign monta ellis and andris beidrins

plus they still got stephen jackson, mikel peitrus, brandon wright (who actually gets to play now), kelena azabuke, matt barnes, al harington, plus they had a good draft.

anyways, how do we know b. diddy is gonna stay healthy? he has a history of being injured (other than last year). and elton brand only played in about 20 games this year. if they get hurt, which i'm guessing they will, the clippers are fucked. i still think the warriors got a squad to get to the playoffs.

i agree with these guys as much as the bay likes baron davis he has to go. we need to give the younger guys an opportunity to shine. which i think they have the potential to do

i heard one rumor that the warriors might trade al harrington to chicago for kirk hinrich and another rumor of mikel peitrus and a 2nd round pick in a sign and trade to the nets for vince carter.

i dont got a good feeling about either one but the vince carter deal wouldn't suprise me. the nets wanna get rid of contracts to get lebron in a couple years.
