randolph and radman are more 3's than 4's and nelly would play them at 5.

u really think we gonna stay running 3 point guards on the floor at the same time with a 6-6 guy at the 4?

nelson sabotaged this team, he lost games on purpose all year until we were in the lottery running then he started winning to fuck that up too.

on any team that cared about winning he would have been fired after the 50 win season and no playoffs.

The Bucks' trade for Corey Maggette became official on Monday after the 30-year-old forward passed his physical, basketball sources indicated. An arthroscopic procedure recently was performed on Maggette's right ankle to remove some bone chips, but sources said the injury resulted from "wear" and was not a major concern. come on now... I'm with you that Nellie did not do the best coaching job last year

but you think he was losing games on purpose, and then only decided to win in order to ruin our lottery chances... you got some tin foil on your head, breh

he did dumb shit for sure

I don't think he wanted to purposely lose... I think he was just hard headed and did things the way he wanted, whether or not it was the best thing to do... and he just kinda didn't give a fuck

I don't think he purposely wanted to lose... I just think he didn't care THAT much about winning... so I see your point

either way, I think we can all agree we need a new coach and ownership fasssst

I really hope we don't get rid of Ellis...... Sign a free agent or something... fuck trading ellis.... I would be ok to part with AB, Wright, CJ, or even Randolph is we get something decent in return but not Monta
Couldn't disagree more...you wanna keep an overrated gaurd but wanna part with our young bigs just cuz they had one injured year...you got it all wrong.

Dont forget there were reports from last years training camp that Brandan Wright looked like the best player on the entire team before he got injured. Lets give him another year and see what he can do if he stays healthy.
With the upside Randolph has he should be untouchable unless a legit star comes in return.

so ellis was 1 of 4 players in the entire nba to avg 20 5 4, and somehow he is overrated? who has been overrating him anyways? thatd be news to us.

but a player yet to play a full season had an article about him in training camp... kinda like those articles about russell losing weight, studying plays, and working hard?

(not really with the fatarcus comparison but ur logic was hugely flawed and ur obviously a monta hater)

i do like b wright tho, he can be a starter in this league if he can NOT tear his shoulder every year. he gained weight and strength every year and is our most polished big man in the paint. he also has good de and boards.

randolphs upside is just potential until he reaches it, he could very easily bust, especially with nelson as coach.

i'd prefer to keep them all and bring in some real coaching to analyze and develop. we should sign a free agent 2 guard/small forward if anything. and sit on our players until a good deal comes along, something involving the expiring radman and gadzuric.

What do you guys think of Watson, Morrow and Tolliver? Will you guys try and sign them back or let em go?

Seriously though, you GS fans give me a good reading on all 3 of these guys if you could for me. I would love to have anyone of those 3 on the Knicks roster next season but some of my fellow Knicks fans think im crazy. I know they all got great skills when given the opportunity to play and think they would be an asset to us.

while i think monta is a good player, he is also a product of the uptempo offense we run, he wouldnt average 20 points if he played for someone like detroit or charlotte...

I JUST SEEN ON ESPN THAT THE KNICKS BACKUP PLAN IF THEY DON'T GET LEBRON IS TO SIGN AND TRADE DAVID LEE TO THE WARRIORS FOR TURIAF AND RANDOLPH, I STILL DON'T LIKE THIS TRADE, I SAY KEEP RANDOLPH BECAUSE HE IS A GONNA BE A TOP 50 PLAYER AT LEAST IN THE NBA, I THINK IF WE HAD A COACH THAT WOULD LET HIM PLAY COMFORTABLY HE COULD EASILY AVERAGE AT LEAST 17 POINTS AND 8 OR 9 REBOUNDS PLUS HE IS BETTER ON D THEN DAVID LEE, IVE SEEN RANDOLPH GET OUT ON THE PERIMETER AND LOCKDOWN POINT GUARDS HE JUST NEEDS THE PT

If James announces he's decided to play anywhere but New York, the Warriors are in play for Lee. The Warriors are one of a few teams in the mix for Lee via a sign-and-trade with the Knicks. And the Warriors have an offer the Knicks favor, a team source said. Randolph could be joined by center Ronny Turiaf or swingman Kelenna Azubuike, and an expiring contract such as forward Vladimir Radmanovic. Golden State management, one source said, still considers it a real possibility that Lee takes a lucrative offer elsewhere, or the Knicks do a sign-and-trade with another team. But as long as James doesn't go to the Knicks, the Warriors are "in the game." Contra Costa Times

One source said the Knicks have at least three sign-and-trade offers on the table in case LeBron opts to play elsewhere. But the Warriors like their chances, considering Randolph is a hot commodity. The Knicks really like Randolph and weren’t so high on Ellis. Certainly, the contracts have something to do with it. I have not confirmed who the other players are, but the obvious candidates are center Ronny Turiaf, swingman Kelenna Azubuike and forward Brandon Wright. It’s possible an expiring contract is in there (Vladimir Radmanovic). But, from what I’m told, the Warriors advantage is that they can offer players, which the Knicks’ need. Contra Costa Times

The Warriors won't offer Lee a max deal, but one source suggested Golden State's ceiling is a six-year deal starting at about $13 million. New Jersey is still an option, also the Minnesota Timberwolves — who Lee visited earlier this month and was reportedly impressed. Contra Costa Times

Its pretty fucked how long this process is taking of getting a new owner, they couldnt get all this over with right after the season was over with? Basically not that the W's had a great shot at getting any big free agent but there missing out on everything

i'm more concerned about a coach and gm than any free agents. the only free agents i really liked we had no chance of getting. its a good thing we didnt have money to overpay some of these bums. teams throwing out max deals like obama throwing out trillions.
