Gil Medina (the director) was arrested by federal agents in Salt Lake City, UT for crossing state lines to have sex with a minor and possessing child pornography about three months ago:

I seen this too on IMDB

"sorry to say my man, but jacks law is never going to be released on DVD, ever. Gil Medina has not been able to acquire a deal through anyone because the film is horrible. Just watch the trailer on the films site, you'll see. And now that he is fighting child porn charges and attempting to have sex with a minor, no distributor is going to touch the film..."

It's just a fan post, but he certainly has some valid points.

Well at least tech got a good break in alpha dog since jacks law went into the crapper.

real good movie
shit is fucked up
but tech had caribou lou and nearly the whole damn song of slither in it
also skatter n snug had a song in it
and right when the credits roll at the end night and day plays
i went to the premeire here in kc
and big trav and hawke was there

actually, i just posted a mini review on the other Alpha Dog thread. Good Job Mandi. Nice to hear you on the big screen...you will one day be a big bright shining starrrrrrr...LOL
