goin off memory here, orange with yellow smoke on the outer portion of a black background picture that is a rectangle on the center that shows JT Quinn and one other person, cant remeber if it D-moe) but it was one of them where their faces fade into eachother. Think the CD was blk screen printed too...Lazymarv will hook u up on the pix....But like i say, must have SMG logo or it a reissue....

Thanks guys! I had gotten a re-released issue from a dude from amazon. My inserts kind of look the same, but my CD is plain just with the printing on it.
I'd figure it was OG because i seen that it says copyright 1995
