I know Grissom isnt exactly an AllStar player, but he brings expierence to the team. Hopefully this is one of many more moves the Giants will make. The deal is reportidly a 2 year $4.5million dollars. We need some pitching now!

Hes not great but hes not garbage now. Last year in 111 games .277 17 homeruns 60 rbi's, thats pretty good for someone who will be leading of for the giants. Plus hes good on defense, and the giants got something big in store just wait and see.

What the hell? This was a post to my fellow Giants fans about a new signing. No one said anything about him even being good. Your ass acting like someone said hes MVP. Damn does that hate run in your entire family's blood?

you guys wont be able to sign hardly any1 really because your already over your limits.

the giants are in depbt up to their asses because of the stadium which they paid for on there own. it'll hurt you guys now but look at the brightside maybe 30 years from now you guys will be in the same position as my Dodgers and Boston Red Sox owning your own stadium will give you flexability for high payfolls without losing alote of money

hey the dodgers can make it next year they are likely to improve on their 92 win season. heres why K. brown , andy ashby, darren dreifort should be back healthy. grissom (an overpaid) over-the-hill veteran weill be gone, so will grezalanik( replaced by top minors 2b joe thurston or jeff kent) karros will be replaced by ???cliff floyd.

where will the giants be. they done lost all their key players except bonds.........

What the fuck u talkin about? We havent lost anyone. Just Bell and we already picked up Durham who is much better. We lost Dusty, but Alou is a proven winner too. Brown and ashby are washed up, you lost one of your top hitters, and you guys DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT TO THE PLAYOFFS.
