Holly shit looks like Gatti knocked out Demigaards ass, dude was stumbling like a mothafucka so they stoped the fight Gattis just another step to get title match again they kept saying in the telecast his arm was broke and he kept using it throught the fight dude is a fucking warrior if u ask me he can easyly beat that foo that beat Zab Judah, Baldomir i think his name is and win tha title. Then we might see Gatti vs Mayweather.

Winky just moved up to middleweight (160), two fights ago.
Gatti fought his first fight at welter (147) last night.
Winky is a true welterweight, that's hwere he fought in his career. The only reason he moved up was to fight Trinidad, then he got stuck there with a title defense.
Wright is dying for a payday, especailly after his snooze fest of a title defense. I think he would most likely go back down to 154 to get a fight with Gatti.

I agree I would rather see Winky fight Gatti. But that is a big weight advantage for Winky. Winky has fought almost exclusively at 154 until the Tito fight at 160. His last fight at Welterweight is more than likely 10 years ago. Super guy I have meet him twice, but for the life of me, this guy puts me to sleep. Ugly style but he wins, and I have won a lot of money on his fights.
Gatti looked good, but it also goes to show you that having a great record over seas doesnt mean much in the states. Anyone seen Darius Michalczewski lately. I know people that actually thought Damgaard would win just based on his record.
Welters are real messy right now with Super Judah losing. You got about 5 guys that have as much claim as the next for #1 spot.
