im very dissapointed in that new mac dre. i listen to it on that northern ridaz only like 4 songs on the cd are slappin. The other songs are ruined because of the beats they are all bootsy. He needs some good beats like that boss tycoon beat on his last album. What has happened to mac dre? his albums are getting weaker and weaker

Halfway through the CD. A few of the songs were knockin and I was feeling them a lot. Then the quality went down just a bit because of the un-interesting beats. I think the 2nd half is about to be better though. Song 7 has good lyrics but the beat and flow are 'weird'... song 8 tight...

Young Dat - Thats "Chevs N Fords" off his 2001 cd, "Its Not What You Say...."

Mac Dre reminds me of First Degree nowadays, u either love it or hate it, I have no clue how someone could give any kind of intelligent opinion after only hearing a few songs low quality on a real player instead of with bass in the ride and off some pills, Mac Dre is an e-tard and gangsta rap has to understand that this shit is not like most, after hearing it 20 times u should be able to judge it in my opinion. All of my favorite Cds i thought were ok when i first heard them and really good after a lot of listens with beat and a blunt,

something you should kno - its coo, the beat is aite i can listen to it

mafioso ft. young dru - this shit is on point

millionaire gangsta ft. freeway rich and i think messy marv - that shit is coo too freeway rich sound almost exactly like fat tone plus he rhymes just like him

and thats it there are some other o.k. songs and a lot of crap songs

edit: and i been knockin dre since i been listening to rap so i dunno whats up with this album

As PlanetZeroPat stated, you will be able to hear the 'real' Al Boo Boo once you're bumping it hard in your ride. And off some rolls, thizzin', there's no doubt that the funkier erratic beats will get in your head. WALK DOWN THE THIZZELLE BRICK ROAD......

Song 8 with Young Dru is probably my favorite song on it. Either that or tracks 1, 2, or 9. That shit that they are doing on the "Mafioso" chorus is fucking humor... i dont even know what theyre saying... it sounds like "swww sww swan sww srr" or some shit.. lol...

Heres part of a post on the review boards, very short review:

Its worth getting if you're a Mac Dre fan.
7.5/10 after 2 full listens through.
Some points

+: Dre's flows are a lot better than in Thizz Washington. He sounds a bit more stable, like on Stupid Doo Doo Dumb, but at the same time, not like SDDD at all... You can tell he's more happy/thizzed out.

+: A lot of the beats are good.

+: Mastering and Mixing is twice as good as Thizzelle, at minimum.

+: Mac Dre is fucking funny.

- : Too many songs are short. More than half of them are under 3 minutes.

- : Some of the beats are wack.

- : Song 5 is recycled.

Overall the pros outweigh the cons to me. Good.
